BMA Seminary Offers Free Class

BT Staff

For the past 75 years, the Baptist Missionary Association of America (BMAA) has been sending and supporting missionaries to places around the globe. In conjunction with the BMAA’s 75th anniversary, BMA Seminary will offer a free course entitled “Missionary Biographies: 75 Years of (BMA) Missions.”

The class will begin on Feb. 24, 2025, and end on April 18, 2025, just before the national meeting of the BMA in Waxahachie, Texas. This free course will cover four missionary stories. Students enrolled in the class will read about the families and ministries of Jack Bateman, M.S. Arrington, Buddy Johnson and John Ladd. The content of this biographical journey will span five decades of BMA missions in Taiwan, Bolivia, Nicaragua and Mexico. These missionary biographies focus on evangelism, church planting and medical missions.

Dr. Ricky Williams, a former 35-year veteran BMA Missionary to Mexico, will lead the course. To register, visit bmats.edu/free. Students should register at least one week in advance.
