CBC PROFILE: Calling All Alumni

Terry Kimbrow

         • Mustangs in the Making — Do you know a child who loves CBC? Consider enrolling them in our Mustangs in the Making program. We always want to reach out to future Mustangs and help them build a love for CBC early. Children enrolled in Mustangs in the Making will receive letters from CBC every birthday, and on milestone birthdays, they will also receive gifts to help them celebrate their big day. To enroll in Mustangs in the Making, visit cbc.edu/mustangsinthemaking.

         • Update Your Contact Information — We ask our alumni to update their contact information if they have not already done so. That allows the Alumni Office to keep in contact. To update contact information, visit cbc.edu/alumniinformationupdate.

         • Alumni Association — We would also like to encourage you to join the Alumni Association. Single memberships are $35, and couples’ memberships are $50. The Alumni Association helps support the Kenneth Brown Endowed Scholarship, sponsors the Student Alumni Association and builds relationships with current students through events like Exam Treats throughout the year. Join the Alumni Association today by completing an application at cbc.edu/alumniassociation.

         • Legacy Walk — For anyone looking to buy a gift that builds a lasting legacy, please consider Central Baptist College’s Legacy Walk. Our Legacy Walk is made up of bricks that commemorate and honor graduates, teachers or others. Each brick costs $100, and all proceeds are put into the Buy a Brick fund. With the legacy walk, you can honor someone special or create a lasting memorial. For more information, visit cbc.edu/legacybricks.

         • Legacy Leaders — The Legacy Leaders program is also a great way for alumni and friends to give back to CBC. A monthly sustainable giving program, Legacy Leaders is meant to sustain, restore and connect CBC alumni and friends and recognize those individuals who believe in the mission and future of CBC. Your contribution, whatever the amount, will greatly impact the college’s future and our students’ lives. For more information, visit cbc.edu/legacyeaders.

         • Homecoming 2025 — We are also excited to announce Central Baptist College’s Homecoming 2025 dates! Mark your calendars for the weekend of Jan. 31-Feb. 1. Homecoming will kick off with the annual Chili Cook-Off on Friday and conclude with Saturday’s homecoming games and crowning at 1 p.m. There will also be several other events held during the weekend, including a Student Alumni Hangout and a Homecoming Court Tea for all students and alumni who are or have been on the Homecoming Court. More details on these and all homecoming events will be released soon. We look forward to seeing you back on campus!
