Women’s Basketball
• Muskogee, Okla., Nov. 28 — Playing on the road for the fifth time in six games this season, CBC took on the Warriors of Bacone at the Muskogee Convention Center. CBC (3-2) used a strong offensive third quarter to pull away from Bacone (1-7), winning 58-35 to sweep the season from the Warriors.
• Conway, Dec. 1 — Hosting an American Midwest Conference (AMC) opponent for the first time this season, CBC took on the Spartans of Missouri Baptist University inside A.R. Reddin Fieldhouse. CBC (3-3, 0-3 AMC) led at halftime but struggled shooting in the second half, dropping a 68-54 decision to MBU (5-2, 3-0 AMC).
• Conway, Dec. 3 — Looking to bounce back from a tough loss on Thursday night, CBC hosted the Cougars of Columbia College (CC) in an AMC tilt inside A.R. Reddin Fieldhouse. CBC (3-4, 0-4 AMC) trailed by 14 at halftime and never got closer, falling to CC (9-3, 3-1 AMC) 79-47.
Men’s Basketball
• Conway, Dec. 1 — Playing host to an AMC opponent at home for the first time this season, CBC took on the Spartans of Missouri Baptist University (MBU) inside Reddin Fieldhouse for the first time since the AMC semifinals last season. In a back-and-forth game that saw 10 ties and 20 lead changes, CBC (5-4, 1-1 AMC) held a close lead until MBU (6-6, 3-0 AMC) hit a jump shot with 1.1 seconds left to earn a win 60-59.
• Conway, Dec. 3 — After dropping their AMC home opener Thursday night, CBC looked to rebound when they welcomed the Cougars of Columbia College (CC) into A.R. Reddin Fieldhouse. CBC (6-4, 2-1 AMC) trailed by a point at halftime and used a strong defensive second half to power past CC (8-4, 2-2 AMC), winning 75-72.
• Muskogee, Okla., Dec. 5 — Stepping out of AMC game for a rare Monday night matinee, CBC was at the Muskogee Convention Center taking on the Warriors of Bacone College. CBC (7-4) led for 36 minutes and 32 seconds, cruising to a 92-70 win over BC (0-11).
