SPOTLIGHT ON MISSIONS: Brandon & Brittney Lingle

BT Staff

We pray you and your family had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas! We are so thankful for our time here in the States to be with family, friends and churches. We flew back to Thailand on January 4.

We are thankful we got to see many of you. Though our time was short together, the hugs, conversations and prayers were meaningful. When we return, we are always reminded how much people love and support us. God is good. Thank you again for having us and blessing us.

We are so thankful and excited about the new church we will start with our friends in a new part of Bangkok. We were in the suburbs before, and now we will be close to the downtown area. Our friends found us a house and have been working hard to fix it up for us while we are gone. It will have plenty of space to host and is in a great location. The Lord really provides in mysterious ways.

It’s been about two years since we lost Judah. Some friends from Calvary Baptist Church in Henderson, Texas, bought a stone in the children’s park near our hometown in memory of him. We have known about that stone, but it was so special to touch it and see his name engraved on it. So many feelings flooded our hearts at that park, but I knew and could feel again that the Lord is with us. 2024 may have been a tough year for you, but there is always hope. God is good and faithful. He can use evil for good. He can turn mourning into dancing. He is the God of new mercies and new beginnings.

What a privilege to return to Thailand and share the great news of a Savior who came, a God who is love and hope that was given to all mankind. Oh, come, let us adore Him, our great and awesome God! We love you. May the Lord bless this new year and make you a blessing to others.
