Third Annual Scholarship Gala is Here
Terry Kimbrow
Central Baptist College’s Third Annual Scholarship Gala is here, but it’s not too late for you to be involved! The Gala will take place on Saturday, April 2 at 6 p.m. at the Conway Expo Center. The black-tie optional event will be catered by CBC Dining Services under the direction of Chef Jill McCollum. The night will be a celebration of Courageous Faith and will feature keynote speaker, Alex Kendrick. The proceeds from the event benefit the Central Baptist College Scholarship Fund which supports institutionally funded scholarships.
There has never been a greater time when we need individuals, churches and businesses to come alongside CBC and support the transformational life change that education can provide. Alex Kendrick is inspirational and his story is one of Courageous Faith, as is the story of Central Baptist College.
We need you to help us reach our goal! Single tickets are $100, and since the event is taking place at the Conway Expo Center, we have plenty of space for additional people to attend. If you cannot attend, you can still participate and help us by making a one-time contribution for the Gala event. Remember that 100% of the event proceeds will be used to fund student scholarships. To purchase single tickets or to make a one-time donation, visit cbc.edu/gala. Limited event sponsorships are also still available. Contact Director of Alumni and Public Relations Jessica Faulkner at jfaulkner@cbc.edu or (501) 205-8800 for more information.
