BMA Reports and Recommendations Available

By Greg Medenwald, Randy Shepherd and Jerome Cooper, BMA of America Recording Clerks

The 2023 edition of the BMA Reports and Recommendations is available for viewing and download from the BMAA website bmaamerica.org/nationalmeeting. Along with all of the information concerning the national meeting on April 25-27, 2023, at the Antioch Baptist Church in Conway, Arkansas, churches may now read, print or download a copy of the reports and recommendations from the national departments and committees in order to be ready to consider this business at the upcoming meeting.

Posting the information on the BMA website has offered simplified and much more economical means of distributing these reports to the churches and messengers of the BMA. In the past few years, the BMA Minute and Meeting Fund has saved literally tens of thousands of dollars by taking advantage of this technology.

However, the church support of the meeting expense fund is still vital to the funding of the national meeting. Various committee and meeting expenses are still underwritten by this fund, so it remains critical that churches continue to contribute to the meeting expense fund. The fund is currently overdrawn from the expenses of the past two years, so please respond to this need.
