Softball
• Conway, March 28 — Stepping out of American Midwest Conference (AMC) play, CBC was inside the friendly confines of City of Colleges Park for the first time this season, hosting the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff (UAPB) Golden Lions in a doubleheader. CBC (13-13) took two very close games from UAPB (6-26), winning game one 6-5 before coming back to win game two 3-1.
• St. Louis, Mo., March 31 — Playing for the second time in as many days, CBC took on the Hornets of Harris-Stowe State (HSSU) in an AMC doubleheader at Stars Park. CBC (11-13, 3-1 AMC) pounded out 37 hits and 43 runs in a sweep of HSSU (4-15, 0-2 AMC), winning 26-2 and 17-2. History was made in the two games as Hannah Work threw a no-hitter in game one, Averie Ayers had five hits in game one and Kori Truelove had five hits and five RBIs in game two.
• Conway, April 1 — Playing their first AMC doubleheader at home this season, CBC hosted the Spartans of Missouri Baptist University (MBU) at Farris Field on the campus of the University of Central Arkansas. CBC (14-14, 4-2 AMC) split with MBU (20-10, 7-1 AMC), winning 4-3 in extra innings in game one and losing 2-1 in extra innings in game two.
Baseball
• St. Louis, Mo., March 31 — On the road for the first time since March 20, CBC took on the #10 Spartans of MBU in an AMC doubleheader at Spartan Field. CBC (14-18, 3-5 AMC) couldn’t hold down the MBU (25-4, 7-1 AMC) offense, falling by scores of 10-1 and 13-8.
• St. Louis, Mo., April 1 — Trying to salvage a game, CBC wrapped up their AMC series with the #10 Spartans of MBU at Spartan Field. CBC (14-19, 3-6 AMC) led early but couldn’t hold the lead, falling to MBU (26-4, 8-1) 4-3.
