2024 National Galilean Camp (June 21-24)
By Dan Williams, National Galilean Promoter
The National Galilean Camp will be held at StoneRidge Baptist Camp (105 Lawrence Rd. 155, Smithville, Ark.) June 21-24. Registration will begin Friday, June 21, at 1 p.m. in the cafeteria. The $96 per person camp fee is payable upon arrival. Please make checks payable to StoneRidge Baptist Camp. We should be finished before 11 a.m. on Monday, June 24.
The theme for 2024 is “Staying Pure in an Impure World,” with Rom. 12:2 as the theme verse. The speaker for this meeting is Dr. Philip Attebery, vice president, dean and registrar at BMA Seminary. He is a Galilean Ambassador, former National Mr. Galilean and former National Galilean promoter.
Campers need clothing for outdoor activities, a sleeping bag or bedroll (bunk beds in cabins), a pillow, a Bible and money to spend at the canteen. The officers and I hope to see a group of boys and men from your church on June 21.
Any church with young men is invited. Even if you do not have a Galilean program, you can come and see what the Galilean ministry is all about. For more information about this year’s camp, visit the National Galilean website at galileans.com. If you plan on coming, contact me at dwilltwelve@gmail.com or (501) 336-4586.
