Over the past few months, I have picked up a new activity — bicycling. Northwest Arkansas is full of trails so, in theory, it should be easy to get out there and exercise. Spiritual leadership is careful to do not to adopt an “us versus them” mentality. Leadership commonly makes decisions by majority rule more than consensus.
