Arkansas Galilean Wilderness Adventures

I would like to extend a special invitation to all young men (even if you do not have a Galilean ministry in your church), ages 9-18, to fellowship with the Arkansas Galileans at the Arkansas Galilean Summer Camp, which will be held at Ponca Bible Camp in the beautiful Upper Buffalo River Wilderness area Aug. 2-4. It will assist us in planning if you will email or text the approximate number you will be bringing to dwilltwelve@gmail.com or (501) 336-4586. However, pre-registration is not required.

Registration will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 2. The $60 registration fee per person is due when registering at camp. Checks should be made payable to Arkansas State Galileans.

Our theme for 2024 is “Walking with the Spirit,” with Gal. 5:25 as the key verse and the sub-themes are “Born of the Spirit” (John 3:5-8), “Comforted by the Spirit” (John 14:16; Acts 7:55) and “Guided by the Spirit” (Rom. 8:6-7; John 14:26).” The three sub-themes will be the focus for each meeting — “Born of the Spirit” (spring meeting), “Comforted by the Spirit” (summer meeting) and “Guided by the Spirit” (fall meeting). Ryan Anderson, college pastor at Antioch Baptist Church in Conway, will be our speaker. Activities will include color guard/devotionals, Galilean step work, worship and praise services, Bible quizzes, delicious meals, in-camp recreation and Buffalo River adventures.
