Arkansas WMA State Project
By Kelly Williams, Arkansas WMA President
The Arkansas WMA met in November at Central Baptist College and selected the Quillmans and their work in Zambia as our project for the year. We are raising funds to help buy Bibles in the people of Zambia’s own language. Some villages the Quillmans work with have only one Bible for the whole village. Mickael Quillman shared that they could buy a Bible in the language of the village for $10 each.
What if every active church member of every active BMA church gave $10 this year to buy a Bible? I think most everyone can give $10 in a year. It would only take one cup of coffee and/or one hamburger eliminated from our lives to pay for a Bible.
Please consider giving through your local church so the people of Zambia might know Jesus by reading in their own homes in their own language what He has done for them.
You can send the funds to Pat Duncan, Arkansas WMA Treasurer, P.O. Box 30, Hardy, Ark. 72542. Just designate donations as “Arkansas State WMA project.”
