Generator Project a Success
By Dr. Eric Goble, Pastor • Brister Baptist Church, Emerson
Last summer, the Southwest District Brotherhood began raising funds for a new 45kw generator for Just the Crumbs feeding ministry, which works closely with BMA Disaster Relief. Churches and individuals from across the country responded generously to raise sufficient funds to purchase the generator.
Joe Ward, a member of Brister Baptist Church in Emerson, delivered the generator on Sunday, Jan. 6, to tornado-stricken Clarksville, Tenn., where it was put into operation immediately. Brandy Haden accepted delivery of the generator on behalf of Just the Crumbs ministry.
Just the Crumbs ministry appreciates the generosity of the churches and individuals who made this kind of donation possible. Any future donations for the continued operation of Just the Crumbs can be sent to 10 Wagon Trail, Sumrall, Miss. 39482.
