JOURNEY WITH JEFF: National Meeting
Allan and I are excited about the chance to attend the national meeting in Springfield next week. We always enjoy meeting many of our people and making connections.
We will have a table in the exhibit hall area and would love for you to stop by and visit. We can answer any questions you may have about the customer portal, our new website and the premium content that will be restricted beginning May 1. We are also excited to announce some things we are going to be promoting at the meeting:
• Baptist Trumpet engraved tumbler for any pastor who signs their church up for a church plan trial. If you are not currently enrolled in the church plan but are willing to give it a try, please stop by our table and let us know. We will set your church up a free two-month trial subscription and let you share the news of the BMA with your members.
• Drawing for a $100 Landry’s (Saltgrass Steakhouse, Bubba Gump, Morton’s, Rainforest Café and more) gift card. We love the pastors of the BMA and we want to show you just how much. Any pastor who stops by our table and completes the form will be entered into the drawing. We will also include a free digital E-Trumpet subscription for the remainder of 2022.
• Drawing for four $25 restaurant gift cards. Anyone who stops by the table to visit with us will be able to go into the drawing to win one of four $25 gift cards. Everyone who signs up will also get a free digital E-Trumpet subscription for the remainder of 2022.
We are looking forward to this opportunity to see people we know and make new friends along the way. We are your weekly BMA newspaper!
Special Emphasis
The official time set for our Special Emphasis is nearing an end, but we will still count all donations that come in before the end of the fiscal year toward our goal. If you have not already done so, please designate April 24 (or another day of your choosing) as Baptist Trumpet day. On this day, please pray for this ministry and, if possible, also take up a special offering to help us meet our goal. (visit BaptistTrumpet.com/SE2022 for more information about our needs and goal.)
Going to the mailbox this time of year is exciting as we anticipate the offerings and encouragements we find there. This past Monday was a great day as we had over $9,000 in offerings! God is always faithful, and we know He is in control. We will continue to trust in Him. We are so thankful for each of you that have already given.
