SPOTLIGHT ON MISSIONS: Candra Barnett • Romania

I’m on American soil again! My furlough began March 26 and continues through June 26. I’ll do my best to visit as many churches as possible, although there are not enough Sundays in a month to see you all, unfortunately! I am posting my schedule here so that if you’re attend or live near one of these churches, you might join us to hear about the work in Romania, and so you can be praying for me as I travel. Here is my 2025 furlough schedule:

• May 8 — Mt Olive, Guy

• May 18 — China Grove, Eustace, Texas and Liberty, Gun Barrell, Texas

• May 25 — Magnolia, Hattiesburg, Miss. and Berean, Soso, Miss.

• June 1 — Temple, Rogers and Kaley Hill, Quitman

• June 8 — Bodcaw, Bodcaw and Friendship, Dequeen

• June 22 — Fellowship, Bella Vista and Summers, Summers

It has been a joy to be home now for a few weeks, to begin speaking at churches, and to meet my two new nieces. Please pray for me as I travel and speak, especially for new partnerships to be made. Please pray for safe travel throughout my furlough and for God to be glorified. Also, be in prayer that several people or churches will join my partnership team this month and that the English Club will continue to go well while I’m away.

I also want to praise God that the Ladies Day went well! We had a mom from the English Club who really enjoyed it. She wanted to know what she had to pay and was amazed that it was free! I also want to praise God for two healthy nieces!
