United District WMA Meets

The United District WMA met Saturday, July 15 at Bald Knob Baptist Church in Bald Knob, with 24 in attendance, representing 6 churches and an offering of $895.00. Special music was by Judy and Gus Biggers, and the message was delivered by Joe Hogan.

Our speaker was Ben Temple, representing Water for Christ. He explained that using the need for physical water helped them to be able to then share the need for spiritual water.

Our next meeting will be Oct. 7 with Caney Valley Baptist Church, and our goal will be Jeevan Prakash School in India.
