We want to make sure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information for all our churches. You can help us by visiting bmaamerica.org/annualchurchsurvey to review and update your church information.

When you select the name of your church, the information for it will be made available for you to review and update. Even if all church information is accurate, please confirm. (You may also request a copy of your church information by email.)
