Betty Carolyn Lasater Rambo, 88 of Scott, passed away on Nov. 5. She was the wife of retired BMA pastor William (Bill) Rambo, who pastored Rowes Chapel, Humnoke; North Hills, North Little Rock; Perry’s Chapel, England and Southside, England.
