Lowell Affirms It Is a Pro-Life City          On Tuesday the Lowell City Council passed a resolution affirming that it is a Pro-Life City. Lowell is the first city in Arkansas to affirm it is Pro-Life since the U.S. Supreme Court reversed Roe v. Wade on June 24.
