Whether reading about His awesome creation, His plan of redemption or His fulfillment of His promises, His Word is sure and comforting. I was just thinking how, once again, I heard it said that the church was born on the Day of Pentecost. In my opinion, and I think I can back it up by Scripture, that is erroneous. The Bible never indicates that perspective, which is steeped in Catholic tradition.
